We are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our team for an immediate start.
Horizon Accountants is a long established and well-respected Accounting firm located in Geraldton, WA. Our modern office premises looks out over the Geraldton Foreshore. We are a small firm with a fantastic team.
You will be our first point of contact with our clients both face to face and over the phone. This is an entry-level receptionist position, with administration duties as and when required. An understanding on office etiquette & ethics, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and a very high level of attention to detail is required.
The successful applicant will have a mature outlook with a smiling personality, be proactive, exercise sound judgment and have excellent problem solving abilities.. Your attributes should include a confident telephone manner, ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, excellent oral & written communication skills and professional presentation. It is essential the successful applicant hold a current driver’s license and their own vehicle.
